Igor Lakic joined Boston Consulting Group in 2012 and worked in the Toronto and Budapest offices before settling in Johannesburg. Igor focuses on the energy industry, where he specializes in portfolio strategy, capital allocation, and large-scale transformations.

Before joining BCG, Igor was an engagement manager at the software firm MKS Inc., where he was responsible for leading enterprise implementations of the company's flagship product for Fortune 500 clients across North America.

Igor is a competitive tennis player and was captain of the University of Waterloo tennis team during his senior year. He has lived in seven countries on four continents.
