Janice Lee is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice and global lead for metals. She has extensive experience working with clients in waste, recycling, metals and mining, and environmental services, on topics including growth strategy and rapid value creation, M&A, and large-scale transformations.
Janice is also a leader in the firm's Climate & Sustainability practice, supporting companies as they strengthen their circular economy and sustainability agendas.
Before joining BCG, Janice worked at Singapore Airlines, and at Network Revenue Solutions (a boutique consulting firm).
