She has extensive experience working with clients in waste, recycling, metals and mining, and environmental services, on topics including growth strategy and rapid value creation, M&A, and large-scale transformations.
Janice is also a leader in the firm's Climate & Sustainability practice, supporting companies as they strengthen their circular economy and sustainability agendas.
Before joining BCG, Janice worked at Singapore Airlines, and at Network Revenue Solutions (a boutique consulting firm).
