Jean-Sébastien Verwaerde is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer; Marketing, Sales & Pricing; and Principal Investors & Private Equity practices. His focus is on clients in fast-moving consumer goods, packaged foods, and luxury brands.

In his recent work with clients, Jean-Sébastien has supported multiple large-scale pricing transformations for FMCGs, leveraging AI and analytics with BCG GAMMA. He has also conducted several due diligence and portfolio projects for private equity funds, with a focus on the consumer products sector.
