Johannes Glugla joined Boston Consulting Group in May 2011. He is a core member of the firm’s Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice in Central Europe, and leads Fund Strategy & Operations for the EMESA region. Johannes has considerable experience in fund strategy and operations along the entire investment value chain, as well as in fund administration and transaction and value creation.

During his time at BCG, Johannes has conducted over 50 sell-side due diligences for financial sponsors mostly in the industrial and health care industries. In addition, he has led several portfolio value creation engagements, full potential plans, operational optimizations, organization redesigns, and cost-cutting projects. He has recent experience working with clients on their ESG and net-zero strategies and goals.
