Johannes Glugla joined Boston Consulting Group in May 2011. He is a core member of the firm’s Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice and leads the PIPE practice in Central Europe, in which role he drives adoption, shares best practices, and builds expertise at scale. Johannes also leads fund strategy and operations for the EMESA region.
During his time at BCG, Johannes has conducted over 50 sell-side due diligences for financial sponsors mostly in the industrial and health care industries. In addition, he has led several portfolio value creation engagements, full potential plans, operational optimizations, organization redesigns, and cost-cutting projects. He has recent experience working with clients on their ESG and net-zero strategies and goals.
