Julien Dangles is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer, Marketing, Sales & Pricing, and Strategy practices.
Since joining BCG in 2003, Julien has worked with numerous multinational consumer goods companies and retailers on issues related to growth strategy, portfolio and brand strategies, operational efficiency, and large-scale change programs. He has particularly deep experience leading programs on Demand Centric Growth™, procurement optimization, and large-scale organizational transformations.
Julien’s experience has covered a wide range of sectors and topics, and his client engagements have included leading postmerger integration efforts, conducting market segmentation and plan repricing for a leading mobile operator, and building a global sourcing organization for an automotive company.
Prior to joining BCG, Julien launched a specialty e-commerce business.
