Justin Rodriguez is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods, Operations, and People & Organization practices, and the firm's lead for aerospace and defense for North America. He is currently focusing on TSR-maximizing strategy for aerospace and defense companies, as well as achieving program ramp-up for defense programs, and GenAI transformation.
Justin has led major engagements with government agencies, as well as private sector companies. He has specifically focused on supply chain scaling and capital allocation strategy across public and private sector entities for major (over $5 billion) programs, redesigned the end-to-end business process and embedded chatbots/GenAI tools for leading North American steel companies, and led engineering and operations transformations at a large North American shipbuilders.
Prior to joining BCG, Justin worked as a construction engineer and project manager for major infrastructure and building projects in New York City.
