With over 12 years of experience advising technology companies, Karan works across the sector, including with large global tech and tech services players, mid-tier firms, niche specialists, and emerging AI-first companies.
Karan works with clients on strategy, growth, and transformation, and has in-depth expertise in B2B sales acceleration, go-to-market strategy, customer experience, cost, and operations transformation. He has led high-impact engagements across information technology-enabled services players including BPOs, CX, IT services, and global technology firms, delivering value through revenue acceleration, organizational transformation, and business build, with particular focus on shared services, global business services, and outsourcing.
Recently, Karan's focus is increasingly at the intersection of AI and the future of the technology market. He leads programs exploring how AI, including agentic AI, is reshaping the competitive landscape for technology companies by redefining business models, positioning and differentiation, talent strategies, and value creation, in an era where autonomous intelligence is moving from pilot to production.
