Kazukiyo Toyoshima joined Boston Consulting Group in 2019. He is one of the leaders of DigitalBCG in Japan, a unit within BCG that specializes in digital strategy. He is a core member of Technology Advantage, Technology, Media & Telecom, Industrial Goods, Health Care, Consumer, and Principal Investor & Private Equity practices.

Since joining BCG, Kazukiyo has worked with clients in a range of industries on company-wide transformation, providing end-to-end solutions from strategy formulation to realization using digital and IT. He has rich experience in digital strategy, digital transformation, generating and promoting innovation, investment in new business, and new technology strategy.

He is a visiting professor at KIT Toranomon Graduate School, where he teaches entrepreneurship in an MBA program.
