Kitso Lemo is a member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice at Boston Consulting Group. He is also an active member of GAMMA, BCG’s data science and advanced analytics practice.

Kitso has extensive on the ground experience in several African and global markets, for clients in telecommunications, technology, and mobile financial services. His key projects have included customer journey diagnostics and redesigns, financial services ecosystem strategy, mobile financial services diagnostics and strategy, digital services strategy and operationalization support for telcos, B2B digital services strategy, insurance process digitization strategy, and telco sales channel digitization.

He has turnaround experience in both TMT and power and utilities, working closely with clients across all phases of large-scale turnarounds—independent diligence, bottom-up planning, and implementation.

Prior to joining BCG, Kitso worked at another top tier, global management consulting firm for seven years in South Africa and Kenya.
