Kosuke Uchida joined Boston Consulting Group in 2006. He leads the firm's Operations practice in the Asia-Pacific region and is a core member of the Industrial Goods and Energy practices.
Kosuke works mostly with clients in manufacturing and energy. Within these industries, he leads projects on operations reform, especially through leveraging digital technology, transformation, and crisis management.
Prior to joining the firm, Kosuke worked for NTT Communications, where he was in charge of new product development.
