Louis Watt is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Center for Digital Government, as well as the Public Sector and People & Organization practices in the UK. He is also part of the firm’s global Public Sector Transformation team.

He has extensive experience working on strategy and policy across government departments and agencies. His work has covered strategy, ALB reform, operating model design, efficiency/effectiveness programs and large scale change programs. Recent projects in the UK include work with HMT, the Cabinet Office, the Home Office, DHSC, NHS England, BEIS, HMCTS, the British Army, and DExEU. 

Prior to joining BCG, Louis worked as a policy advisor to Lord Ara Darzi, former Under-Secretary of State for Health. He is also passionate about the performing arts, and is a co-founder and Chairman of the internationally renowned Aurora Orchestra.
