Lucas Zuquim is a core member of the Industrial Goods and Operations practices at Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2012, Lucas has worked with clients in several sectors including metals and mining, process industries, oil and gas, and the automotive industry. Lucas is a specialist in strategy development projects, operational efficiency, and major transformation programs implementation.

In addition to his home country, Lucas has supported BCG clients in Singapore, Thailand, and Europe on topics ranging from strategy to cultural adaptation and companies integration.

Prior to joining BCG, Lucas interned for several companies in the engineering and construction, automotive, consumer goods, and transportation industries.
