Marc has 25 years of project and analytics experience advising both German and international financial services clients on analytics topics and delivering analytics-driven solutions that transform the way banks drive value and serve their customers across both retail and commercial banking.

In his client engagements, Marc has worked with banks and other financial institutions on (among other things) retention, cross-sell, and other use cases; evaluation and prioritization of advanced analytics; statistical model development, calibration, and implementation of credit rating systems, collections tools, and early warning tools; and credit process integration. 

Prior to rejoining BCG, Marc was a Partner in the Finance & Risk practice of Oliver Wyman.
