Marko Lackovic is a core member of the Global Energy and Operations practices at Boston Consulting Group. He has extensive experience in power generation process optimization, efficiency, and organization transformation programs for electric utilities and the energy sector in the Asia-Pacific region and Europe.

In his recent work with BCG, Marko conducted an organizational redesign and culture transformation of a green generator in Southeast Asia, optimized processes and conducted the organizational redesign of the central operations and management function and facilities in a large Southeast Asian utility, and transformed the CFO function at a European integrated energy utility. Marko also works with banking clients on strategic transformation—including process optimization, ICT environment reorganization, and performance measurements.

Prior to joining the firm, Marko worked in management functions with Ericsson, Huawei, and IBM, and as the Chief Transformation Officer for the Croatian Lottery, and the Chief Information Office for Croatian Radio-Television. Marko speaks Croatian, English, French, and German.
