Mayank Jha is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Services practice. He works on cases involving strategy, sales acceleration, new business build, HR transformation, technology and digitization, and change management. His clients have included banks (private and public sector), non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), asset managers, and insurers. Mayank is the asset management lead for India. He joined BCG in 2010 at the New Delhi office.

Mayank recently led a strategy and new business build engagement for a large non-bank, with focus on digital customer journeys and building digital processes, including building product offering and journeys through large scale consumer research. He has worked with clients on visioning and strategic direction, digitization of customer journeys and digital salesforce effectiveness, and many other aspects of digital transformation and strategy.

Prior to his MBA, Mayank worked at Procter & Gamble in and ITC Limited in supply chain and project management roles.
