Nicole Voigt works with industrial companies around the globe to transform their value chains at the intersection of sustainability, performance, and technology. She is part of the EMESA (Europe, Middle East, South America, and Africa) leadership team for Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice, and co-leads the firm's global metals agenda, supporting steel, aluminum, copper, and battery metals clients.

Nicole's work centers on large-scale industrial transformations, with a strong focus on CO2 footprint optimization, circular economy solutions, and operational excellence. She works with clients on redesigning their end-to-end value chains through supply chain and digital supply chain transformations and the application of AI and GenAI to unlock new levels of efficiency and resilience in metals and process industries.

In addition, Nicole contributes thought leadership on trade policies and their implications, as well as on the decarbonization of heavy industry in the context of global climate objectives.

Beyond her client work, she is a coauthor of several BCG publications on diversity and inclusion and an active member of the German “Working Moms” network. Since April 2025, Nicole has served as part of the Advisory Board of TIB Chemicals.
