Nicole Voigt is a member of the leadership team of the Materials & Process Industries practice area at Boston Consulting Group. She is the global lead for the metals topic for the firm and has deep expertise in working with clients in the steel and copper industry. 

Nicole is an expert on future value chain transformations, including digital supply chain transformations and large transformations in process industries (chemicals and metals). Most recently she led a large exchange to exchange (E2E) supply chain transformation for major chemicals players, focusing on the digitization of material flow, production planning processes, and implementation of E2E KPI systems. 

Nicole also provides thought leadership to the steel industry regarding trade policies and their implications, as well as the decarbonization of the industry in light of global climate considerations.
