Nihmal Marrie is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice at Boston Consulting Group. Since joining BCG in September 2018, he has helped clients in the telecommunications and financial institutions industries drive large digital and agile transformation initiatives. He has worked with clients to build new innovative fintech solutions to address critical customer pain points in the market.
Nihmal has practical, hands-on experience driving digital transformation, product innovation, growth, new venture build, and front to back customer journey development.
Prior to coming to BCG, Nihmal was employed as a chief digital officer at a large telecommunications company in South Africa, and also served as an executive in a large insurance company leading digital and customer experience.
