Niklas Zürcher has been with Boston Consulting Group since July 2016. He is a core member of the firm's Insurance practice and has extensive experience in the Swiss and broader European insurance markets.
Niklas has worked with insurers on topics including strategy development, distribution strategy, portfolio review, cost optimization, mergers and acquisitions, and AI strategy and implementation.
As part of BCG’s Associate Abroad Program, he spent one year in the Toronto office.
