Nina Abdelmessih has had a unique career path at Boston Consulting Group spanning Client Service, Global Practice, and Canadian System leadership roles. In her current role as Chief of Operations & External Relations for BCG in Canada, she has developed the blueprint for BCG’s Canadian strategy and operations while cultivating a vibrant and purposeful culture. Nina leads a team of more than 500 from three offices to bring a high level of skills and impact to BCG and its clients.

Nina spearheaded the launch of the Centre for Canada’s Future (CCF), positioning BCG as an integral part of a community of leaders shaping Canada’s future through thought leadership, and driving impact on key issues of national importance, such as climate action and DEI. She recently led a four-year project to design and build leading-edge offices that reflect the firm’s purpose and culture and enable new ways of working.

Previously, Nina launched and managed the firm’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice, a new international functional practice for BCG at that time. She also oversaw the creation of BCG’s Center for Consumer and Customer Insight, which uncovers leading-edge ideas for client strategies. Nina developed the function into a thriving practice, with more than 650 consultants and $500 million in revenues.

Nina has also several years in client service with BCG. She partnered with clients in a broad range of industries, including financial services, consumer goods, and retail, with deep functional expertise in marketing, sales, pricing, and consumer insight.
