Nina Abdelmessih is the senior director of operations for The Boston Consulting Group in Canada, where she oversees more than 200 consulting and nonconsulting team members across the Toronto, Montreal, and Calgary offices.

Nina’s role includes strategizing about the continued growth of BCG’s Canadian practice, as well as developing partnerships with key Canadian leaders and organizations to further social and commercial ventures and impact.

Nina previously spent almost a decade as a global executive manager for BCG, launching and managing the firm’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice during this time, a new international functional practice for BCG. She also oversaw the creation of BCG’s Center for Consumer and Customer Insight, which uncovers leading-edge ideas for client strategies. Nina developed the function into a thriving practice, with more than 650 consultants and $500 million in revenues.

Nina moved into the area of operations leadership after working in client service for BCG as a consultant, project leader, and principal. She partnered with clients across a broad range of industries, including financial services, consumer goods, and retail, with deep functional expertise in marketing, sales, pricing, and consumer insight.

Prior to joining BCG, Nina worked in product management for Kraft Foods Canada.
