As a core member of the Operations practice, Nino Mori leads Boston Consulting Group’s procurement business line across Europe, the Middle East, and South America. He specializes in procurement and supply chain transformations within manufacturing industries, including automotive, aerospace and defense, and technology. His work focuses on large-scale cost and GenAI transformations, as well as supply chain crisis response and post-merger integrations.
Over the past years, Nino has worked extensively with automotive OEMs and suppliers on complex cost transformation programs. In addition, he supports clients across industries in implementing GenAI solutions to improve cost positions and operational efficiency.
