Nitin Chandalia joined Boston Consulting Group in October 2013. He works with technology and media clients on topics including growth, go-to-market, delivery cost transformation, and organization redesign. Recently he has led several large transformation programs to drive revenue acceleration and margin improvement.

Nitin is currently focused on working with clients on transforming their offering portfolio and GTM strategy to help them continue to win in the digital era; and helping streamline processes to leverage automation and advanced analytics, and rethink the people supply chain to improve operational effectiveness.

Prior to joining the firm, Nitin was part of the TMT focused consulting team at EY, and before that, he was Engagement Director with Everest Group in India.
