Odd Arne Sjåtil is a core member of the global Energy practice at The Boston Consulting Group. He joined BCG in 2005 and has led assignments for operators, oilfield services companies, investors, and governments mainly focused on productivity improvement in oil and gas. He is a topic expert in upstream oil and gas, and supports OFS companies and E&P companies on a range of topics, including upstream transformation, digital programs, project development, and supply chain.

In his recent work, he has developed broad and deep expertise in digital oil and gas through support of several digital strategy projects for E&P and OFS companies as well as a number of use case developments, including developing and implementing an integrated operations center for an IOC.

In 2008, Odd Arne worked in BCG’s Boston office. Before that, he was a director at Tandberg in New York and Oslo in 2009 and 2010.
