Pim Hilbers joined Boston Consulting Group in 2008 and has worked in both the Sydney and Amsterdam offices. He is a core member of the Financial Institutions; Technology, Media & Telecommunications; and People & Organization practices at the firm, and is the EMESA lead for agile.

Pim is an active member of the Dynamic Action Strategy (DAS) team. He has significant experience in agile transformations and connecting purpose to strategy for clients in industries including banking, insurance, telecom, and energy utilities.

His recent projects have involved leading multiple transformations of banks, telcos, and utilities into end-to-end agile organizations focused on innovation and client-centricity; formulating a group strategy for a large financial services firm to integrate purpose into strategy; and empowering an organization to substantially improve its innovation effectiveness.

Before joining BCG, Pim worked as a high school teacher at the Lorentz Casimir lyceum.
