Pim Hilbers joined Boston Consulting Group in 2008 and has worked in both the Sydney and Amsterdam offices. He is a core member of the Financial Institutions; Technology, Media & Telecommunications; and People & Organization practices at the firm.

Pim is the global lead for people and organizations topics in financial institutions, and is the Europe, Middle East, South America, and Africa (EMESA) region lead for enterprise agility. He has significant experience developing future-proof strategies, and putting those strategies into action through operating model, technology, and talent and skills transformations.

Pim’s recent projects have involved multiple transformations of banks, telcos, and utilities into end-to-end agile organizations focused on innovation and client-centricity; developing a group strategy for a financial services firm to integrate sustainability into strategy; and empowering an organization to substantially improve its innovation effectiveness.

Before joining BCG, Pim worked as a high school teacher at the Lorentz Casimir lyceum.
