Raphaelli Leite joined Boston Consulting Group in 2013. He is a member of the firm’s Energy and Transform practices, with extensive experience in large scale change topics including strategy, operations, and people and organization.

Raphaelli’s recent engagements include designing and leading the transformation management office for the largest power and utility player in South America, with initiatives ranging from cost efficiency to culture activation; and setting up a multi-dimensional program focused on reducing the development cycle of offshore oil fields.
