Rashik Gupta joined Boston Consulting Group in June 2013. He is a core member of BCG's Operations practice with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain. He has worked on procurement-related transformation projects with clients in process industries, consumer goods, engineered products, fast-moving consumer goods, and metals and mining. Rashik is a member of the firm’s Asia Pacific procurement leadership team.

In his recent client work, Rashik led a procurement transformation for a consumer durables company, a procurement and supply chain cost reduction for a dairy player, a manufacturing and procurement excellence program for a battery manufacturer, and a cost transformation for an industrial goods manufacturer.
