Ricardo Tiezzi leads Boston Consulting Group’s Technology & Digital Advantage practice in Brazil; he is also a core member of the firm’s Financial Institutions and Insurance practices. Ricardo has over 15 years of experience in consulting, supporting leading companies on their most strategic issues, with particular expertise in financial services, especially banking, consumer finance, payments, wealth management, and insurance.

In addition to his experience in financial services, Ricardo has helped clients navigate complex technology and digital transformation initiatives by using his deep expertise in areas such as agile, customer experience, cloud, digital platforms, and organizations. Prior to joining BCG, Ricardo worked for Roland Berger for three years.
