Ricardo Tiezzi leads Boston Consulting Group’s Technology & Digital Advantage practice in Brazil, as well as the Financial Institutions and Insurance practices.

Ricardo has over 15 years of experience in consulting, supporting leading companies on their most strategic issues. He has particular experience in the financial services space, especially in banking, consumer finance, payments, wealth management, and insurance.

In addition to his work in financial services, Ricardo has used his expertise in agile, customer experience, the cloud, digital platforms, and organization, to help clients navigate complex technology and digital transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining BCG, Ricardo worked for Roland Berger for three years.
