Rosie Sargeant joined Boston Consulting Group in September 2018. She is currently an Ambassador at the BCG Henderson Institute focusing on the future of work, and working to create data-driven, empirical insights that will help employers and employees make informed decisions that make work better.

Rosie works mostly in BCG's Public Sector and People & Organization practices, and has a particular interest in helping organizations design a better future of work to attract, grow, and retain their talent while delivering on business needs. She also co-leads London's 1,000-strong Women@BCG network and was selected as a CEO Ambassador in 2021 to support BCG in its most strategic projects. Prior to joining BCG, Rosie spent two years at London-based boutique fitness gym 1Rebel, where she assisted with a successful bid for private equity funding of £6.6 million to support the studio’s expansion plans. Before that, she worked as an Analyst in the Private Wealth Management division at Goldman Sachs in London and Frankfurt.
