Saurabh specializes in driving bold, multi-year transformation programs, delivering multibillion-dollar bottom-line impacts, and fostering profound, lasting societal benefits.
Since joining BCG in 2014, Saurabh has partnered with clients to execute digital-led operational and supply chain transformations, revive distressed assets, manage large capex programs, redesign operating models (including R&D), and drive significant sales growth through design-to-value initiatives.
