Scott St Marie is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Public Sector practice where he leads strategy, large-scale change, and digitization projects for state and local governments. He joined the firm in 2015 and has more than a decade of experience working with governments in the US, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. Scott leads the firm's work on political transitions for state and local governments, including supporting newly elected mayors and governors.

Scott has led multiple reviews of state government strategies and operations. This work covers the spectrum of local government operations, including developing housing and homelessness, human services, and budgeting Among his projects outside the US, he led a UK government department's program to create a new international border with the European Union following Brexit, and created and trained a new economic diplomacy team for a Middle Eastern government.

Before joining BCG, Scott was Strategy Manager at West Health Institute, and before that, a Consultant at Katzenbach Partners.
