Suketu Shah joined Boston Consulting Group in 2012. He is a core member of the People & Organization and Energy practices, and specializes in large-scale transformation efforts with a particular focus on organization redesign, cost take-out, and post-merger integration. Suketu has led several transformation programs in the energy, industrial goods, and technology industries. He serves as the South System node for organization design and the Dallas lead for the Seat at the Table Initiatives.

Before coming to BCG, Suketu worked at ITC Holdings, a stand-alone electric transmission utility, where he did real-time operations and long-term planning, and supported regulatory rate-making processes.
