Before joining BCG, Sylvia led the implementation of a World Bank Project on Disaster Risk Financing for Pastoralists in the Horn of Africa, the DRIVE Project, by Zep-Re (PTA Reinsurance Company). She has more than eight years of consulting experience with Dalberg Global Development Advisors and McKinsey & Company focusing on the public and social sectors, including topics in education, economic development, and gender for clients in developing economies.
