Tanmay Jain is a retail specialist and a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice. Since he joined the firm in 2013, his work has focused on consumer-insight driven strategy, advanced analytics, commercial topics, and cost transformation, including cost of goods sold (COGS) and goods not for resale (GNFR). Within advanced analytics, he works with commercial clients on range, price, and promotions. In 2016, Tanmay completed a secondment at Teach for All in London.

Tanmay is active in recruiting at BCG, leading its efforts in university and big data recruiting, as well as the BCG Recruiting Welcome Weekend. He is a key interviewer and conducts at least 40 interviews a year. He is also a Career Development Advisor.
