Teri Naccarato is a leader in Boston Consulting Group’s work in fashion and luxury within the Consumer Goods practice, and leads the firm's E2E operational transformation work globally. 

Teri was invited to join BCG in 2018, and is now a member of the firm’s elite group of 60 Expert Directors who provide specialized support to senior executives and very complex project teams globally. One of only four female Expert Directors, she serves as the node for female experts across the organization within Women@BCG. 

Over the course of her career, Teri has held senior leadership positions at Fortune 100 companies around the world. Focusing on product design and innovation, merchandising and marketing, she has a reputation for delivering revenue growth and profitability during challenging business circumstances. 

Teri is an industry expert in developing new brands, concepts, collections, and categories for rapid course correction and return to stability. Widely recognized in the industry as an expert merchant, Teri advises our senior client executives on urgent in-season trading turnarounds and longer-term strategic E2E process implementations. 

Having spent years at the helm of large merchandising organizations and brands, Teri has driven consumer centric analysis and decision making, Intelligent Design, seasonal forecasting, inventory planning, brand growth plans, and competitive intelligence.
