Tessa van Swieten co-leads Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector practice in Amsterdam, serving governments and semi-public organizations. She specializes in complex program management, accelerating decision making, and operational excellence in a broad range of topics including the energy transition, digital and AI, government services, and strategy.
Tessa led diversity and inclusion efforts for BCG in London, Amsterdam and Brussels for Several years. She has particular expertise in the area of women retention and recruiting, and inclusive leadership.
