Thomas Bumberger is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Principal Investors & Private Equity and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices. He works with investors and management teams along the entire digital infrastructure value chain (B2C and B2B fiber, tower, data centers, satellites, next generation digital infrastructure) with a focus on helping management teams and investors with strategy and growth, operational improvement, and transactions.
Thomas has led engagements with leading private equity and infrastructure investors on buy- and sell-side commercial and technical due diligences. He also works with private and public companies on full potential transformations, growth strategies, performance improvement, operating model redesign, carve-outs and post-merger integration. He has worked on engagements across Europe, as well as in the US and Asia.
