Thomas Foucault is a member of the Canada leadership team for financial services at Boston Consulting Group. He leads the firm’s Corporate Finance & Strategy practice for Canada and also heads Canada’s career development committees (approximately 500 consulting staff). Thomas joined BCG in 2007, and worked out of the Bangkok and Brussels offices before moving to Toronto. His case work has focused on corporate finance and strategy topics as well as large-scale transformations and AI and digital builds.
In his corporate finance and strategy work, Thomas has led several total shareholder return strategic reviews for financial services players, as well as developing portfolio and growth strategies. In the large scale transformation arena, Thomas has worked with clients on business build, M&A, and post-merger integration.
Thomas is actively involved with non-profit work. He is a board member of Up With Women, a charity that helps homeless women rebuild their careers faster.
