Trap Yates is a core member of the Consumer practice at Boston Consulting Group. He works with retail and consumer goods clients on transformational strategies and deploying advanced analytics solutions in retail merchandising and operations.

Since joining BCG in 2014, Trap has led multi-year transformations and merchandising execution efforts for North American retailers (grocery, food, and convenience) on topics such as strategy, assortment, pricing, promotions, and availability, with a focus on advanced analytics and standing up digital programs (both technology and execution).
