Yoshihisa Niwa is the leader of Boston Consulting Group’s Center for Digital Government in Japan. He leads the firm’s Public Sector practice in Japan and is a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice and the People & Organization practice.

Since joining BCG in 2004, Yoshihisa has advised clients across a range of industries, including telecommunications, technology, and media, as well as central and local governmental organizations and non-profits. His recent project experience includes developing digital services, formulating alliance strategy, developing growth strategy, assisting organizational reform, and supporting leadership development.

Prior to joining BCG, Yoshihisa was a consultant with a global management consulting firm based in Europe. He also worked at Japan Bank for International Cooperation.
