Yoshihisa Niwa leads Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector practice in Japan. He is also a core member of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications and People & Organization practices.

Since joining BCG in 2004, Yoshihisa has advised clients across a range of industries, including telecommunications, technology, and media, as well as central and local governmental organizations and non-profits. His recent project experience includes developing digital services, formulating alliance strategy, developing growth strategy, assisting organizational reform, and supporting leadership development.

Prior to joining BCG, Yoshihisa worked at Japan Bank for International Cooperation and for another global consulting firm.
