Yoshihisa Niwa leads Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector practice in the Asia-Pacific region and is a core member of the firm’s Climate & Sustainability; Technology, Media & Telecommunications; Social Impact; and People & Organization practices.

Since joining BCG in 2004, Yoshihisa has advised clients in telecommunications, technology, and media, as well as central and local governmental organizations and non-profits. His recent project experience includes developing digital services, formulating alliance strategy, developing growth strategy, assisting with organizational reform, and supporting leadership development. As one of the firm'sclimate experts in Japan, he works with clients on carbon neutrality and climate change.

Prior to joining BCG, Yoshihisa worked at Japan Bank for International Cooperation and for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
