Yuichi Koshiba joined Boston Consulting Group in 2001. He is a core member of the firm's Industrial Goods and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices.
Yuichi works extensively with clients in the technology, industrial goods, and automotive industries. His recent work includes enterprise-wide portfolio transformation, M&A, deep tech initiatives, and growth strategy formulation and implementation support, as well as manufacturing and supply chain optimization.
Prior to joining the firm, Yuichi worked in the semiconductor business department at Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.
