The COVID-19 High-Wire Act Continues, but so too Does Opportunity

The coronavirus pandemic has shaken the foundations of our connected modern world, yet like any period of disruption, it has delivered an equally potent catalyst for innovation that promises a welcome glimmer of hope for the world that might follow. Many nations are now charging forward with vaccination programs, preparing for the endemic phase. While we’re not out of the woods yet, there are opportunities—and if these can be institutionalized, countries will become resilient in the face of new pandemics. The paper provides steps on how this can be achieved and measures that are needed.
