Martin Feth is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice with a focus on natural resources, and part of the global Mining Leadership team. He has led many projects globally, covering a broad range of commodities, including coal, iron ore, and base and precious metals, as well as cement and aggregates.
Martin works primarily with clients in the natural resources industries, and covers functional topics including corporate strategy, commodity market insights, commercial excellence, digital innovation, and advanced analytics. He helps client companies position themselves for the next wave of megatrends concerning climate change and the circular economy.
Martin previously worked as a senior manager at Amazon where he had P&L responsibility for a three-digit million dollar product line and led multiple teams. He also led the development of an advanced algorithm for Amazon.
