Paulina Ponce de León Baridó is a core member of the Social Impact practice at Boston Consulting Group. She focuses on climate and the environment and is dedicated to helping clients increase their sustainability and economic development. Paulina has worked with leading private, public, and non-profit organizations on strategy development, operational improvement, change management, and program implementation.

Paulina was a member of the team responsible for redefining BCG’s strategy and operating model for climate and the environment. She worked closely with BCG’s senior leadership to scale and accelerate the firm’s efforts, including aligning on priorities, defining go-to-market strategies, and developing partnerships.

Paulina is core to BCG’s partnership with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), and before joining the firm, she worked at WWF’s Markets Institute, as well as another environmental institution, Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), helping further business-focused approaches to sustainability.
