Karlo Kampmann is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice at Boston Consulting Group; and serves as the Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa node for agile within that practice. He joined BCG Dusseldorf in 2011 and transferred to Hamburg in 2015. Karlo works with clients on agile at scale transformations, credit risk management transformations, and cost reduction programs. His current focus is digital transformations, specifically, scaling up agile ways of working across organizations, and supporting financial institutions in setting up credit portfolio management solutions to actively steer their loan portfolios.

Karlo has supported transformation programs in industries including financial institutions, pharmaceutical, and industrial goods, resulting in substantial cost reductions (personnel and non-personnel), and covering agile transformations, process optimization, PMO, and workers’ council negotiation.

Before joining BCG, Karlo worked for KPMG in Munich on industrial goods, aviation, and aerospace and defense. Karlo speaks German, English, French, and Italian.
