Yogesh Mishra is focused on customer strategy, customer journeys, and digital transformation at Boston Consulting Group. He is BCG’s global leader for customer journey in insurance. He is a member of the firm’s Insurance and Financial Institutions practices, and has worked extensively with large financial services firms in front-office and digital transformation.

In his current role, Yogesh advises chief marketing officers and chief customer/experience officers as they formulate their customer strategy, define customer segments and segment value proportions, and design and execute customer journeys. 

Before coming to work at the firm, Yogesh was Director of Financial Services, Digital Group at PwC.
