Evelien Dupont first joined Boston Consulting Group in Amsterdam in 2010. After earning her MBA in 2014, she became a core member of the Consumer Goods and People & Organization practices at the firm. In 2017, Evelien transferred to Kenya for a one-year Social Impact secondment with WWF Africa. Her focus was on reshaping WWF’s African activities across 13 countries.

After her secondment, Evelien worked for the European Commission and also as the temporary Director of BCG Innovations, before she transferred to BCG Africa. Evelien was one of the driving forces behind the opening of the Nairobi office, and its growth and development. Within BCG Nairobi, Evelien focuses on social impact work and leads the Social Impact practice’s flagship project with the Rwanda Development Board, designing and implementing a novel model to attract private sector investments to accelerate economic growth.

Within consumer goods, Evelien has worked for clients in retail, food and beverage, sportswear, and food technology on topics including strategy and market sizing.
