Lucas Quarta is a specialist in data and analytics. He joined Boston Consulting Group in 2018, and is a core member of the Technology Advantage practice.
In his work at the firm, Lucas has set up the data governance for companies in a wide variety of industries of varying sizes—from local to global international leaders—and in various geographies.
He has also worked with many clients to shape the chief data officer agenda in terms of data vision and strategy, advanced analytics and AI, data governance, and IT architecture, leveraging both regulatory and strategic business transformation objectives. Lucas designed the industrialized advanced analytics and data science delivery chain for a global banking group.
He began his career as a researcher in mathematics, and then spent ten years at a leading global financial institution where he led the full data program for retail markets in Europe, and served as Chief Data & Analytics Officer for a digital retail business line in Europe and India.
