Sam Ridesic is a member of the North American Management Team and a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Corporate Development practice. Sam led BCG's Consumer practice in North America from 2013 to 2020. During his leadership, Sam significantly expanded BCG's consumer business in North America, and he partnered with DigitalBCG teams to identify and drive efforts to support the digital transformation journeys of his own clients as well as those the Consumer practice serves.

Since joining BCG in 1998, Sam has focused on advising leading clients, primarily in the retail and consumer products sectors, on topics of strategy, corporate development, M&A, operations, and international growth strategies. In more recent years, he has also been supporting clients on their digital transformation journeys, bringing the firm‘s breadth and depth of expertise to this critical topic.

Prior to joining BCG, Sam was cofounder and manager of Advanced Dynamics, a nationally awarded entrepreneurial venture. He is also cofounder of The Exchange Brewery.
