Peri Edelstein joined Boston Consulting Group in 2002 and is the regional practice lead for the North America Consumer practice area.

Peri focuses on growth, go-to-market strategy, and organization strategy. She has worked extensively in the consumer goods space, with food and beverage, personal care, and apparel companies, among others.

Recently, Peri has worked with her BCG clients on post-merger integrations, venture and incubator strategy projects, global branding and growth, and operation model design. She led the North America sales and organization effectiveness strategy for a leading confection player; the venture and incubator unit strategy for a global food and beverage company; and the global branding and growth strategy for a lifestyle and apparel brand. Peri has also conducted due diligence in categories including a family of US licensed fragrance brands, protein powder, and personal care.

Before joining the firm, Peri worked in the consumer card division of American Express, leading a regional marketing campaign launch.
