Matthew Williams joined Boston Consulting Group in July 2019. He is currently an Ambassador with the BCG Henderson Institute researching digital trust. Since joining BCG, Matt has worked on cases in a wide range of industries including aerospace and defense, artificial intelligence, industrial goods, public sector, retail, education, and social impact.
In his recent casework, Matt developed a strategy for educating a defense client’s workforce in artificial intelligence, and diagnosed systemic manufacturing and supply chain management issues affecting aircraft operations and implemented large-scale operational improvements for an aerospace company.
Prior to joining BCG, Matt worked as a U.S. Marine Corps Infantry Officer where he led teams as an operations officer, project manager (PMP certified), and leadership instructor.
BCG’s AI-based Trust Index enables companies to break down stakeholder perceptions of their trustworthiness. Analyses based on the Index have yielded valuable insights about what builds, sustains, or destroys trust.
