Since joining Boston Consulting Group in 2010, Hans Clement has worked on multiple projects in the Middle East in the travel and tourism, entertainment, and real estate industry.

Hans leads BCG's Travel, Cities & Infrastructure practice area in the Middle East as well as the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice for that region. He supports his clients in the conceptualization, construction, and operationalization of large tourism and entertainment destination developments. Hans also supports tourism destinations in their strategy development, operating model definition, and go-to-market plans. He has led multiple large-scale multi-year transformation programs for his clients, including portfolio optimization, productivity improvements, and customer journey transformations.

Before joining the firm, Hans worked for three years at CB Richard Ellis in the Real Estate Investment Advisory in Germany.
